August 23, 2010 -- Ankeny, IA. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to register for classs or just say hello -- it was a wonderful day. Classes begin the week of September 13th so mark your calendars.
Fans will have another opportunity to see our twirlers in action at the Pufferbilly Day Parade in Boone, IA. The parade begins at 10am and we love seeing everyone cheering so please come out for the girls.
New to Revolutions this year is the "Practice Makes Perfect" patch program. Twirlers will earn patches for their warm-up suits* as they perfect various twirling and body movement skills. The program was developed to give the girls incentive to practice their tricks at home and challenge them to work towards harder skills. Evalutions will be conducted in late November/early December by an outside twirling instructor. Sorry ladies, no "gimmes" from Ms. Shelley!
* Patches may only be permanently attached to Revolutions warm-up jackets, sold separately.
